This vibrant, cool climate blend displays sophisticated tropical and stone fruit aromas. The palate is elegant and restrained, with subtle white pear and melon. The luscious fruit is beautifully integrated with lightly toasted oak. Partial malo-latic fermentation has provided a delicious creaminess but has retained enough acid to leading to a long, crisp finish.
