Elixir Sauvignon Blanc Case (Fume Style)

12 Bottles of this Sauvignon Blanc  2018 which was picked from the Alchemists top block. The wine was fermented in 30% new French oak for 6 months. The Sauvignon Blanc block ripens very early and the wine displays complex aroma of vanilla, pink grapefruit and dried pear with refreshing citrus acidity. Rich textured dry palate with a layered finish.
